Oyster Fest Rockport 2025. After nearly 50 years, the fulton oysterfest is a celebration of the texas gulf coast's local seafood fishermen and purveyors. The 45th annual oysterfest, a salute to the salty bivalves found in local waters, will be held on the waterfront at the fulton festival grounds from thursday through sunday.
The hummerbird celebration is an annual event held each september in the charming and friendly coastal towns of rockport and fulton. Sunday, september 24, 2025 from 12pm to 3pm on waterbar and epic’s patios.
